Yangtze Cruise Maps

The Yangtze River is about approximately 6300 kilometers (3915 miles) long and flows from its source in Qinghai Province eastward into the East China Sea at Shanghai. As the largest river in the country, the Yangtze is historically, culturally, and economically important to China. It is a cradle of the ancient Chinese civilization. The Three Gorges Dam, the largest hydro-electric power station in the world, attracts millions of travelers every year. The most impressive section of the river is the three Yangtze River gorges: the Qutang Gorge, Wuxia Gorge and Xiling Gorge, collectively known as the Sanxia, or Three Gorges.
