  Booking Procedure

1. Select a Cruise
Browse our web pages or use the search tool to find your ideal cruise, or contact us for a good suggestion.
2. Send an inquiry
When you have found your ideal cruise, please click the button, BOOK NOW, to submit an inquiry. Or, send us an email with all of your requirements and we will reply to you within 24 hours.
3. Deposits and payments
At the time of your confirmation, a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 USD per person is required. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the cruise departure date.
Full payment is required for all the booking made within 30 days from the departure date.
4. Confirm Booking
At the time of your confirmation, a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 USD per person is As soon as we received your payment, we will begin to process your booking. A confirmation letter with your BOARDING CODE and an invoice will be sent to you.
  Included and Excluded

Cruise fare includes:
On-board accommodations as reserved or paid for;
Transportation between shore excrusion sites and the boat;
Daily meals with soft drink;
Entrance fees as part of scheduled sightseeing;
Entertainment as provided aboard the cruise ships
China Life Tourist Accident/Casualty Insurance up to a maximum of $38,000 per person

Cruise fare excludes:
Medical services;
Purchase from the ship’s gift shop;
Items of strictly personal nature such as drinks, laundry bills, telephone calls, massages, tips etc.

After you send us your payment, please include the sender’s first and last name, the sum of money, your address, and the Money Transfer Control Number provided by Western Union.

Paypal online Payment
After you have confirmed your reservation or transfer and the cost of this with YANGTZE THREE GORGES, your travel consultant will send you a PayPal payment link via email. By following that link, you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure online payment site. You can use PayPal whether you have an account or not. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards. Our PayPal account is

Note: If PayPal or YANGTZE THREE GORGES has reason to believe that the payment made is fraudulent, we reserve the right to hold your booking and require another method of payment.
  Alternation

100% Customer satisfaction is our goal. We will do our best to meet your needs and requirements. We will be glad to process any changes to your cruise before confirmation. After your cruise has been confirmed, you are allowed to do a single alteration without a processing fee. There will be a $20.00 processing fee for each subsequent change after the first. Any fees will be charged to your arrangement.
  Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by Passenger
All cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees (including options) will apply:
Days before sailing Fee

*60 days and over before departure date 50% of deposit
*From 60 through45 days(inclusive) 100% of deposit
*From 44 days until departure date 100% of cruise fare
*No-show 100% of cruise fare


There is no refund for voluntary or involuntary termination by the passenger of cruise that is in progress.
Refunds will not be made to any cruise passengers who must leave the cruise prematurely for any reason.

Cruise Cancellations and Itinerary Changes by Cruise Company
Cruise companies reserve the right to cancel, advance, postpone, or alter any cruise itinerary for any reason, including, but not limited to ?force majeur? strikes, lockouts, war, government action, riots, terrorism, weather, flood or other river conditions, river traffic, mechanical difficulties, or for any other reason, at any time, and may, but is not obliges to, substitute another vessel or port of call, and shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever to passengers by reason of such cancellation, advancement, postponements, alteration or substitution.
If such a cancellation occurs, YANGTZE THREE GORGES will not assume any responsibility or liability, but will try every effort to reserve another ship for you and refund or charge accordingly.
  Travel Documents

You must hold a visa and a valid passport for at least 6 months before entering China. Upon request, one of our agents can assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation. Otherwise, all documentation is the responsibility of the traveler. YANGTZE THREE GORGES is not responsible or liable for any failure of the client to obtain appropriate documentation.
  Insurance

Each customer will receive as a gift, China Life Tourist Accident/Casualty Insurance up to $38,000.00 from YANGTZE THREE GORGES when you book a cruise with us. We also strongly recommend that all tour participants purchase a Tour Cancellation, Medical, Baggage and Supplier default insurance to protect their investment and travel plans.

  Responsibility

YANGTZE THREE GORGES shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to a person or their property. We are also not responsible for the alteration or cancellation of itineraries due in part or in full to climate conditions, sea fire, breakdown or machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars declared and undeclared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other action, omissions, or conditions beyond the control of YANGTZE THREE GORGES. Neither YANGTZE THREE GORGES nor any of its affiliates and subsidiaries shall be liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.
YANGTZE THREE GORGES is exempt from responsibility of wrongful, negligent, or fraudulent omissions, changes in itinerary, cancellations, or failure of equipment operated by any of our suppliers. These include transportation carriers, cruise ships, hotels, or any other third party persons or firms not directly owned or controlled by YANGTZE THREE GORGES.
YANGTZE THREE GORGES is not responsible for the theft or loss of any customer’s valuable or personal items due to the negligence of the customer.
YANGTZE THREE GORGES reserves the right to substitute hotels, flights, or cruise ships, or to alter an itinerary. In the case that a tour is cancelled prior to departure, YANGTZE THREE GORGES will issue a full refund of the payment received by the client.

Some activities on Yangtze Cruises require special attention. These include boarding and leaving the ship, climbing hills, as well as entering and exiting tombs among other things. Representatives will be present to assist in any way they can but all activities are undertaken at your own risk. YANGTZE THREE GORGES and its employees cannot be responsible for any action or event that occurs after they have completed their necessary duties.

YANGTZE THREE GORGES reserves the right to modify or rescind any part of these terms and conditions at any time.

  File a Complaint

If you are not satisfied with our service during your cruise, you can file a complaint in writing within 15 days of the end of your cruise. Please send your complaint in the form of either regular mail, email or facsimile with all the relevant receipts and any substantiating evidence. YANGTZE THREE GORGES will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days after the completion of your cruise.

YANGTZE THREE GORGES uses information from credit card transactions, reservation forms, passports, and e-mails solely for business purposes. Your information is always kept confidential and will not be released to other members in your tour group, nor will it be sold to third parties.
Protecting Your Credit Card & Personal Information
All information given to YANGTZE THREE GORGES is stored in a confidential manner. Our employees are only authorized to access this information for an appropriate business reason, such as when issuing a refund or retrieving your contact information regarding your trip. We maintain both physical and electronic as well as procedural safeguards that comply with applicable regulatory standards when protecting your information and our employees are required to follow these privacy standards.
What Your Personal Information is Collected and Used For
1. Copy of Passport ?Your full legal name, passport number, date of birth, and gender are used to make reservations.
2. Telephone number ?Your number is used to contact you for any changes with your reservation or in an emergency.
3. E-mail - Your e-mail is our primary source of correspondence (i.e. proposals, itineraries, etc.) and to inform you about new services and tours or promotion from YANGTZE THREE GORGES .
Disclosure of Your Information
YANGTZE THREE GORGES does not disclose the nonpublic information, such as credit card numbers, of our current or former customers to any person, company, or other entity, unless required by law.
Updates to Our Privacy Policy
If necessary, YANGTZE THREE GORGES may update or change this privacy policy. If any changes occur, those changes will be posted on this page. By using this site and our services, you are agreeing to these terms.
