The First Super Luxurious Yangtze Cruise Ship under Construction

The first sea ship will come to Yangtze in 2011. 
According to Chen Jianwei, the general manager of Chongqing Transportation and Tourism Group, they will invest 2 billion to build 10 super luxurious cruise ships which will be one time more expensive than any other cruise ships sailing on the Yangtze River. The first one, named as “Jiao Lv Yi Hao” temporarily, will be in construction late February and start her maiden voyage in May the next year.
MV Jiao Lv Yi Hao will be 136meters long, 19.6meters wide, with 6 decks above the water. The total tonnage will be 15 thousand tons. The estimated cost is more than 15 millions.
From the design drawing of MV Jiao Lv Yi Hao, there are two President Suites which is 296 square meters with reading room, bedroom, sitting room, meeting hall and dining room, and private viewing balcony at 200 square meters. These suites are the largest and most luxurious one on river ships.
