Chongqing/Yichang/Chongqing Round Trip 4 DAYS /3NIGHTS
Day 1 Transfer to Wanzhou/Depart Wanzhou/Yunyang
The arranged tourist bus will start at 3:00pm to Wanzhou, where you will get onboard the cruise boat. It will sail at around 8:00pm. Tonight, you will visit the Zhangfei Temple used to commemorate General Zhang Fei - one of the three sworn blood brothers of the state of Shu during the Three Kingdoms Period.
Day 2 Fengjie/Wushan
Arrive in Fengjie where you pay a visit to the Baidi City. Today you will pass through the first two-Qutang Gorge and Wu Gorge. Qutang Gorge is the shortest (5 miles), narrowest (500 feet), and most dramatic one. The 25-mile long Wu Gorge is known for its quiet beauty, forest-covered mountains, and cliffs so sheer that the sun barely penetrates the precipices. Take an excursion through the Small Three Gorges, which are narrower than the Three Gorges, but very impressive. Enter Xiling Gorge, the longest (41miles), and the deepest one of the Three Gorges.
Day 3 Jiuwanxi Scenery Resort/Three Gorges Dam
In the morning, start a tour to the Jiuwanxi Scenery Resort to see the beautiful valley scenery. Continue to sail to Taipingxi, you will visit the Three Gorges Dam site at Sandouping, the largest project of its kind in the world. Come back to the ship and sail upstream towards Chongqing.
Day 4 Wanzhou/Chongqing
Disembark at about 1:00pm in Wanzhou and transfer to Chongqing via bus.
